USE IT or LOSE IT: Drunk Elephant T.L.C Sukari Facial review

Hi guys, welcome back to my blog. Today I will talk about face peeling. The first face peeling treatment I purchased is from Drunk Elephant TL Baby Sukari. I do research always on this product review, which I find out that the review is positive. Most skincare lovers said that this has helped their skin much. Babyfacial was created with every skin type in mind. Glycolic acids get a bad rap for being sensitizing, but Drunk Elephant believes that it’s the pH level and accompanying ingredients (think fragrant oils or high amounts of alcohol) that can be the real problem. They’ve formulated Babyfacial at the ideal pH level of 3.5 with a blend of acids that work together to ensure higher efficacy without the redness and sensitization.

Drunk Elephant only uses clean ingredients that either directly benefits the skin’s health or support the integrity and effectiveness of our formulations. They never take into account an ingredient’s synthetic or natural status but instead choose based on its safety and bio-compatibility. You won’t find silicones, chemical sunscreens, sensitizing dyes, perfumes, or fragrant essential oils of any kind in any of their products, making them appropriate for every skin type. This is Drunk Elephant’s commitment to you.

So, what this product really about?

Is a pro-quality AHA/BHA mask that works as a “facial” to reveal greater clarity, improved skin texture and tone, and a more youthful-looking radiance. This innovative at-home “facial” contains a whopping 25 percent AHA and 2 percent BHA, plus Drunk Elephant’s dream team blend of glycolic, tartaric, lactic, citric, and salicylic acids.

More in-depth:

It gently but efficiently resurfaces the skin as it exfoliates, getting rid of built-up dead skin cells by breaking down the substance that holds them to the surface. Think of it as an extra nudge for stubborn, dull skin (in other words, it’ll knock your cells off). Babyfacial™ combines potent antioxidants like matcha, apple fruit, and milk thistle to calm and sooth with ultra-hydrating sodium hyaluronate crosspolymer and non-fragrant plant oils to replenish moisture and nourish. Chick pea flour brightens and balances the skin without over-drying, and pumpkin ferment delivers amazing enzymatic action.

Niacinamide, a “cell-communicating” ingredient, effectively revives skin’s healthy look and feel as it brightens and tones. Appropriate for all skin types, Babyfacial will dramatically smooth texture, minimize the look of fine lines and wrinkles, unclog pores, and boost overall clarity—revealing fresh, radiant, baby-soft skin. This Baby Facial is the solution for:

  • Dullness and uneven texture
  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Uneven skin tone

How I use: After I wash my face, I apply the product in all areas of my face and leave it by 3-5 minutes. You will experience a tingling sensating during the application.

Then I wash it with cold water because my skin is dry, it will peel off my skin if I wash with lukewarm water and wait for 20 minutes as according to Sephora website.

I use it once or twice a week. If your skin experienced any dryness or problem, stop the usage. Do not use tretinoin or Vitamin A, while using this product, but face oils.

Ratings: 5 out of 5

My skin becoming so dry because of the changes in weather. after using it for the 6th times I pulled out the conclusion. This is a good product, especially for those who seek the solution of post acne scare treatment. If you have pimples holes, you might want to try lifting those holes by using this product. It will take sometimes but this peeling product from Drunk Elephant is not as strong compared to The Ordinary Skincare. This is suitable for all skin.

You may not want to use this product alongside with tretinoin or vitamin A, as I told you above or even any acids, except moisturizer as this product will make your skin dry and if you use all of those products that I just mentioned, chances are it will break off your skin.

Have you tried Drunk Elephant T.L.C Sukari Baby Facial yet? Spill your tea!
