Hey skincare lovers, today we will discuss oil cleansing. I purchase DHC deep cleansing oil, because I was so attracted and curious about this brand. Some popular sites mentioned how good this brand is, that makes me go through research about this product and cleansing oil

I read through few articles about cleansing oil. The articles say that

“Cleansing oil is good for those who have dry to very dry skin as it’s will keep the skin moist even after you wash your face”.

My First impression of Oil Cleansing

The oil that I feel is similar to face oil. For those who dislike a smelly product, you need to anticipate that this product has oil smell, but not too strong.

Ever since I use it, my skin condition becomes better. The cleansing oil not washes away my skin moist and keep its balance. The cleansing oil work to cleanse the dirt while still keeping the moist by giving oil to the skin. The oil is same with face oil serum.

Back then, every time I wash my face, my skin feels so dry and I need to layer my essence or face cream. I was quite frustrated to find a solution. While back then, I really love using Indie Lee Rose Hip Seed Cleanser, but it doesn’t keep my skin moist.

“I felt so clueless”

When I go through DHC Instagram, I find their cleansing oil. As I read the caption of several skincare junkies who share on the Instagram post (Thank you to whoever you are for sharing your skincare product on social media) that write about the DHC cleansing oil review. I was interested to try on.

The price for 1 bottle is S$ 50.00+ at Watson Singapore. I go through Guardian, and it seems they didn’t provide this brand yet. DHC is best known to have good lashes serum if you ever want to buy lashes serum for your lashes to make it thicker try DHC. For long lashes try L’Oreal lashes serum.

An olive oil–based facial cleanser that dissolves makeup thoroughly with zero residues. Its nutritive formula effortlessly breaks down stubborn, waterproof mascara and eyeliner and emulsifies into a cleansing milk when you rinse. Great for removing excess oil and sunscreen, it’s a daily must-have even if you don’t wear makeup. Your skin will feel soothed, refreshed, and balanced. One try is all you need to see why millions of women swear by it. For normal and combination skin (my skin is dry and I find it also suitable for my dry skin).

As you can see that the color of the cleansing oil is brown yellow. It’ oily. I mixed it with water when I wash it, to make the cleansing oil foaming a bit and then wash it in my face. this cleansing oil does absorb and cleanse the dirt with one single wash. I do double cleanse when I use high coverage foundation or those pigmented palettes and waterproof mascara. Try to use micellar water before you wash your face.

The bottle is pumped and it made of plastic. They provide a plastic wire to block the neck area of the pump applicator that you will see in the last picture below. It allowed me to bring the cleanser for travel, without the need to change the bottle or have the cleanser pouring inside the luggage. It comes in handy.

Give rate?

Ratings: 5 out of 5

It does cleanse thoroughly and leaving no dirt while giving my skin enough moisturizer. As I recommended above to use micellar water when you use high coverage makeup and double cleanse. Try to use glycolic acid, if you always use makeup every day. Exfoliation is good for skin.
