I am always a Catrice nail polish fans, whenever I visited Guardian Singapore drugstore. I always hang around the brand counter and checking the new polish that they put.
It happened that I like glitter so much and this nail polish is glittery and it happened that the sample is not there but I still buying it with all the positivity in my mind. Nah! I am just lusting over my own imagination that it will certainly look good in my nails.
You know! when the time you buy a product but it happened just ain’t for you or you allow your imagination exceeding the fact that the product is just a product.
Telling my shopping experience and imagination
Well, I reach home and polish it directly on my nails, this is what I often do. For beauty product that I can directly apply, I will apply or else, mesmerising it that I own it. So, I know how you guys will feel when you buy a product from influencer recommendation but it is just bad.
I open the cap and it is way smelly than normal nail polish. The oil is there, where I didn’t see it at first or perhaps I let my eyes go blind. On this day, I just happened to realise that too much of extravagant packaging that makes me unable to see the ‘real’ of the product. My sister is also encouraging me to buy, we pay halves.
When I polish it in my nails, it just clumped and doesn’t want to stay around in my nails. It feels like I just put oil of glitter in my nails that smell so bad that I cannot stand. I let it dry by a couple of hours from 11 pm till 1 am. Saying goodbye to my imagination and my money.
Most of Catrice nail polish is really good and I do recommend it. It may also be the formula is not suitable for my nails, so it doesn’t work out.
Even after this experience, I am still buying their nail polish but maybe I need to try their sample first before deciding to buy it, next time.
