SINGAPORE GUIDE: INSTA TRAVEL SPOT location

Have you ever scroll through travel influencer page and wondering where the place? They travel to Singapore and take a lot of pictures but the geotag is just Singapore not the exact location and you try to asked them, they just humbly ignore you, and you wonder

Why they doesn’t want to tell us? or hide the location?

There is so many travel influencer on Instagram and they perhaps doesn’t want others to create the same content or share info or maybe they just too busy to reply. So, I will be sharing to you for the Singapore Instagram travel spot that I saw on Instagram.

Take a look into the location on this insta stories

THE SPOT IS AT CLARKE QUAY MRT

You can drop off by using Clarke Quay MRT, it just opposite the MRT, and when you are coming from the plaza where the Starbucks is just outside and opposite the road is the famous JUMBO restaurant. You may want to go to opposite road to take this picture

    FIRE DEPARTMENT MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATION
AND INFORMATION MINISTRY OF CULTURE YOUTH AND COMMUNITY IN OLD HILL STREET POLICE STATION

I have seen lots of travel influencer didn’t do any checking, perhaps is because they check on the not-so-formal internet guide for Singapore top location for the Instagram worthy post and mistake it as fire department building which is also located in the same location but besides this colorful building of MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION, also MINISTRY OF YOUTH AND CULTURE which located in OLD HILL STREET POLICE STATION.

The Old Hill Street Police Station is a historic building in Singapore. It houses the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth and the Ministry of Communications and Information. source: 123RF, website click here

This is still at Clarke Quay, but after you get out from MRT and still at the same spot where you see Starbucks, you may want to go to the left and walk till you see a bus stop, you can see this building.

    FORT CANNING PARK

This is a very large park, with lots of stairs and I just walk around while taking picture as you see on insta stories. This park is actually connected to the Dhoby Ghaut MRT

FORT CANNING PARK UNDERPASS DHOBY GHAUT MRT

Board MRT to Dhoby Ghaut station and align at the opposite of plaza Singapore (forget which exist), walk across the bus stop, you may see the underpass in the opposite, where there is the pedestrian walk. You can just walk to the opposite and follow the road, you will see this picture below

The things are you need to bring someone that is strong enough to let you climb into the stairs to take the perfect picture, unlike that above. hahaha… I just bring myself and my sister to spot all of this Instagram spot location and share it on blog, I am also a person who afraid of height

That’s all! if you may want to know how to get there, you are welcome to ask
