Hello skincare lover, finally we are back with more skincare impression. If you are new readers, you may need to know that this blog discusses impression and review, what’s the difference? Let me tell you, the review is where I already use this type of products quite a few times in different brands and decided to share it with you. The impression is the first time I use the products, I never use it and I never heard about it or ever see it on the store but never buy it and it can also be a sponsored post or ads, where I need to use the product. I decided to keep it as an impression because if I were to share my own review and thought, it will make such an assumption that I am biased, so better I write is as the impression, right?
There are lots of reason why I didn’t buy it but decided to accept the gift. It happened sometimes when my schedule is quite tight and I needed sleep, few things pass in my eyes. Just for example this St. Ives Blackclearing, I saw as I buy my mom stuff at Guardian store, just passing by the rack but never touch it.
I decided to accept this gift because I don’t have any deadlines to do a review. It is a gift and me kinda curious if this type of cleansing that contains only 1% of salicylic acid could really work. I was thinking that
“Well.. only 1%, I think it will work with my dry, sensitive and prone to irritation also acne skin type”.
At this rate, I really hope that this facial wash really work. I have blackhead all over my face when period come they come too! I bet you know what kind of suffering, the hormone is up so I understand that as the skin reaction, but what can I say? anyone want a perfect skin.
I decided to use this facial wash. Let me be honest for a while, all the product on this blog I use and tested. I don’t do take a nice photograph and just let the product sit. I filtered out brands demand and pick few that I feel it’s gonna work in my face and accept it. That’s also the reason why you won’t always see so many sponsored post on this blog.
I like to keep this blog relevant to my audience and I wish that you could also appreciate my thought to make this blog delivering good, valuable and informative content by leaving your trail in the comment below. You can always ask me like
“Hey! have you use this product before?”
because then you can let me know about the product and giving you feedback and also. I love the thought of discussing a beauty product with you. It does make others know about a certain product. Recently, the beauty community has been quite blurring after influence involves in giving a PR review. Therefore, doing a discussion session will be a good ideas too.
I use this several times, upon using the first time I realize that my skin really smooth and the blackhead is drying up so, I use my PIXI glow tonic to remove the excess on the next morning, not in the same routine. For example, I use this during night time and the next morning I use PIXI glow tonic because salicylic acid cannot be used together with glycolic acid. My skin will dry to irritated. If you have dry and sensitive skin, I suggest you use sheet mask to prevent that from happening after using this facial wash but overall skin problem have not occurred yet.
I use face cream from First Aid Beauty hydrating cream and Cetaphil face and body cream (occlusive) with facial essence like I always do on my skincare routine. You can read here:
This facial wash is a good news for anyone who dislikes acnes during the period and has a similar skin problem like mine. I love this facial wash and I kinda want to keep it as one of my skincare routines. I just love that St. Ives deliver a good quality product. I always believe that whether the product is a drugstore or high-end brand, it doesn’t qualify to deliver a good quality product at all cost. I will still see how the product performance in my skin. Listening to my skin is the best method possible. This product you can buy in the drugstore that carrying the brands. I have used it about 5 times. I use this anytime when I feel that the blackhead is appearing, my sequence is once every 3 days.
This facial wash contains a small particle of scrub that will remove all the blackhead, I wash my face in circular motion smoothly and try to focus in the area where the blackhead appearing such as around my nose and cheek. Blackhead makes my pores turned large, I could see it in my naked eyes without having to zoom in my face. It does make me annoyed sometimes. The reason behind this large pores is due to blackhead and using this facial wash support my other skincare such as ascorbic acid and facial essence to keep my pores small.
If you were to asked me if this one product is necessary to buy, my answer will be if you think that you need it, then asking for a sample is better before buying the actual size. It always better to try out before making a decision to buy. I feel that Guardian or Watson will provide small size for this particular product. Try to ask the staff.
