Finally, it’s time to tell you about skincare sequences.

I have given you a notification on Instagram and if you guys have been following me, recently I start insta stories about foundation picking and about all type of Hyaluronic Acid as well, you guys may not notice that there are lot’s types of HA and divided by the molecular weight that the brands may never disclose to you, except HADA LABO. It’s good to have knowledge about it and If you really love about makeup and skincare, you may welcome to follow my Instagram. I don’t have YouTube channel as you already know and Instagram is the simplest channel where I could just share it with my followers.

Go to my profile and see the products.

Morning:

  1. Facial Wash
  2. Glycolic Acid
  3. C serum
  4. B Hydration Serum/ Hyaluronic Acid
  5. Facial essence
  6. Face cream
  7. Face dry oils serum (Argan Oil)
  8. SPF

Night:

  1. Facial Wash
  2. Glycolic Acid
  3. C serum
  4. B Hydration serum/ Hyaluronic Acid
  5. Essence
  6. Face cream
  7. second layers of face cream
  8. Occlusive
  9. face oils (coconut oil)

Notice that I add more product to use for night skincare sequence. sometimes in the different night, my skincare sequences will go to:

  1. Facial Wash
  2. Essence
  3. Face cream
  4. Vitamin A Tretinoin 0.5% as prescribed by a doctor

The next night

  1. Facial Wash
  2. Essence
  3. Face cream
  4. second layers of face cream with paraffin (Cetaphil face and body cream)
  5. Occlusive
  6. face oils (coconut oil)

This to bring back the moisturizer since using Tretinoid will make my skin sensitive but it will remove acne and makes my skin tight. It’s important for people ages 23 years old to start using Tretinoin because at this age you will use makeup and try lots of makeup. Using Vitamin A, B5, C, E, and F are playing a crucial part in your skin health.

  1. it will remove toxic ingredients
  2. bring your skin back to its original stage
  3. slow down the wrinkles
  4. Let the skin shine back again

You must be able to find the balance between using makeup and skincare. If you use makeup then you MUST use skincare and care for your skin more before you use makeup. notice in the last skincare sequence I stop using Tretinoin or even Acid at all, this time is when my skin needs to rest from taking too much of ‘healthy’ pills and having to ‘work out’ much.

The next-next night, skincare sequence for night time will go like:

  1. Facial Wash
  2. Essence
  3. Hydrating overnight mask
  4. face oils

Then next next next night, skincare sequence, will go like:

  1. Facial Wash
  2. Essence
  3. Face cream
  4. Vitamin A Tretinoin 0.025% as prescribed by a doctor

I will use a low percentage of tretinoin to avoid skin peeling or breakage because what I use is the highest form of Vitamin A.

DO NOT use Acid alongside with Tretinoin, BUT you can change your Glycolic Acid (AHA) to Salycid Acid (BHA) and still use your C serum and Hyaluronic acid/ B hydration serum if you want to treat your acne. Salycic acid is very well known to treat acnaic skin.

Then next next next next night, the skincare for night will back to the first step of night skincare sequence. which is:

  1. Facial Wash
  2. Glycolic Acid
  3. C serum
  4. B Hydration serum/ Hyaluronic Acid
  5. Essence
  6. Face cream
  7. Occlusive
  8. face oils (coconut oil)

If you using CoQ10 toner. you may skip all your acids and use only the toner and then face cream, and occlusive.

What you need to know about using face cream:

You need to use the face cream from water form to the creamy one.

So the intensity will be from liquid to cream, as you may notice from now. I use all the serum followed by essence and then the cream. Even the cream I must pick the watery before using the creamy form.

Facial Essence:

Cosrx Snail Essence 96

Pyung Kang Yul essence

Belif Aqua Bomb,

Clinique Overnight moisture mask,

Sephora Quenching and hydrating mask

Moisturizing cream from Belief Moisturizer bomb,

Cetaphil face and body cream (Occlusive)

Cicapair moisturizer cream

You must see the cream intensity. So for above product that I use, the essence is water form then followed by hydrating cream which is a cream but not as creamy as moisturizer bomb or even as watery as essence, then moisturizer bomb followed by Cetaphil face and body cream which is cream then Dr. Jart+ Cicapair.

You must understand that skincare sequence you must use from liquid to hard one and then soft to hard.

Hope this helps you if you need help or have any question or feedback of my skincare sequences please comment down below so others can have input as well. Thank you
