As the title above. Anessa is from Shiseido Japan. This brand is a drug store created by the popular skincare company. There is another popular skincare company called KOSE that created Cosmeport for their drugstore brand. I feel that there is lots popular brand that is actually serving those high-class people makes their own drugstore brands.

There is behind this, of course, there are lots more people in lower to the middle class than the high class, and those who are in high class, surely go to beauty clinic since it’s ‘affordable’ in their case, but me, in other hands prefer to try on drugstore brand, because I feel:

  1. Good Quality
  2. Cheap and affordable price
  3. It’s easy to get

Well, in terms of good quality, eyes and instinct probably needed in this case. NOT ALL drugstore brand yet NOT ALL drugstore brand is bad. I am talking about the quality here.

PRODUCT OUTLOOK

The bottle made of plastic, make it easy to press on to take out the sunscreen. You need to rotate in order to unlock and lock the cap. You can carry it everywhere since it so small. There is only 1 size available at Watson. I have no ideas if any other countries would have the variation for size. Liquid is a white color and it’s milky. The smell is quite friendly to my nose. It’s not sticky at all and quick to absorb.

VERDICT

Ratings: 5 out of 5

This is the best SPF from the drugstore. I love it because the cream doesn’t turn to be like pearly when I rub it against my face. some SPF does turn into pearly like and I kinda feel ‘dislike to see it’.

For Anessa, the liquid is milky and it easy to absorb into the skin, yet it doesn’t cause any acne or skin problem.

SPF will always be comedogenic, but for some reason. This one doesn’t do any problem like other SPF that I try. I will try to buy other Anessa sunscreen to see which will be a good choice for my dry skin.

This one doesn’t deliver any hydration feeling but normal. I would love to try creamier sunscreen from Anessa.
